Canva Content Creation Tips: The 5 Tutorials You Need to Know About Creating Content in Canva

Living that "just one more hour of work" life while coffee gets cold for the third time today. But here's the tea: it doesn't have to be this hard.

  2. Scroll down and select the "Transform into Doc" option

  3. Select the "blog post" button or type it into the transform section

  5. When it's ready click on the "open doc" button

  6. Now you have a blog post inside of a new Canva doc ready to edit and publish

Remember when we had to switch between 47 different apps just to get out one Instagrampost? Those days are GONE. Canva's got a built-in scheduler that's about to become your new BFF. No more app-hopping, we're too busy for that nonsense.

  1. When you are done designing your post in Canva head up to the "Share" button

  3. Connect your Instagram account if you haven't already done so

  4. Select an option: "post immediately" or "schedule post"

Canva Content Tip Three: How to Add Music to Your Canva Designs

Because silent content is SO last decade. Learn how to add the perfect soundtrack to your designs without getting into copyright drama. Your content's about to get a whole vibe upgrade, and we are here for it.

  1. Once you are done with your design, head over to the tools tab and find Audio

  2. If you don't see it, head to the apps section and search for "audio"

  5. Click on the audio to add it to your timeline, and make adjustments so it fits your video or post

Canva Content Tip Four: How to Create an Instagram Carousel in Canva in Minutes

Let's be real, no one's got time to spend three hours on one carousel post. We'll show you how to create scroll-stopping carousels in minutes, not hours. Your social media manager will thank us later.

  1. Head over to the tool bar and access the app section

  2. In the search bar type "Carousel Studio"

  7. When done with all the options, click on "generate" and let the tool go to work

Canva Content Tip Five: How and Why You Should Label Your Canva Designs

If your Canva workspace looks like a teenager's room (chaos with a side of more chaos), this one's for you. Learn our fool-proof labeling system that'll help you find your designs faster than you can find your favorite Instagram filter.

  1. When you are done with your designs, open up all the slides using the "grid view" in the bottom right hand corner
