How to use elements from a different design in your Canva project

Today I’ll teach you a trick so you can say goodbye to all the open tabs and copying and pasting from one to the other in Canva.

Here’s the step by step:

  1. when you’re working on a project click on Folders on the left side menu

  2. select a folder called All Your Designs

  3. select the project you want

  4. click the page you want to add to current design

This will add a whole page and not just the elements you want from a page.

But even if you just want an elements or another in your design, once you have that page in your project, it makes the copy and paste of your desired elements much easier.

Just make sure you add it to a separate page, so you don’t lose the work you were doing before (and if this happens, a quick command Z or the back button will fix it).

Hope this will save you some time and hassle.
