Ever found yourself juggling multiple Canva designs in different tabs, copying and pasting elements back and forth? We've been there! There is actually a simple Canva trick that will blow your mind and change your design workflow... forever! We use Canva on the daily as template designers, and we know how frustrating it can be to switch between different projects.

The Quick Solution: Copying Full Pages in Canva

Here's the step-by-step guide to copy entire pages between your Canva projects:

  1. Open your current Canva project

  2. Look at the left side menu

  3. Click on "Folders"

  4. Find "All Your Designs"

  5. Pick the project you want to copy from

  6. Select the page you want

  7. Watch it appear in your current project!

Pro Tips for Better Canva Design Management

Here are a few more tricks to make this process even more impactful:

  1. Always add copied pages to a new page in your project

  2. Use the undo button (or press Ctrl+Z) if you make a mistake

  3. Copy individual elements from the imported page to your main design

  4. Keep your folders organized to find designs quickly

Learning to copy pages between Canva projects changed how I work. No more tab switching, no more tedious copying and pasting. Just quick, efficient design work.
