Open up a Reels design inside of Canva
Go to the left side and scroll down until you see “APPS”
Click on it, and search for “Instagram”
Connect your Instagram account
Wait until your content populates in that tab
Click on the Reel you want to reuse
The Reel will be brought into your design
Export the video as an .mp4 or schedule it inside of Canva
