Creating Reels content already feels overwhelming when it comes to creating content for your business on social media.

It takes forever to find a trend or idea.

It takes forever to edit the video.

It takes forever to do your hair and makeup.

The list seems never-ending when thinking about creating videos to market your business. You just want to promote your thoughts, ideas, products, and services, and call it a day, RIGHT?! You never signed up to be a content creator when you started your business.

Well - Reels content creation can be simple, and while we would love to see your gorgeous face, it isn’t always necessary! Here are 3 different ways you can create Reels for Instagram without having to show your face.

P.S. These take MINUTES to make!

NUMBER ONE: QUOTES

Now, this can be done in SO many different formats, but the key here is to create a very quick video with one piece of text on the screen with a quote your audience will resonate with. It really is that simple.

  • You can head into Canva and create a fun design with a ton of elements.

  • You can also screenshot a tweet and put it on a stock video background.

  • You can grab an old video from your camera roll and put Instagram text on top.

These types of posts are SO insanely easy to create, and often have the highest return. Quote posts will help boost engagement on your posts, increase your reach to new audiences, and draw your ideal customer onto your Instagram profile!

NUMBER TWO: LISTS AND INFOGRAPHICS

We all know and love Buzzfeed for their outrageously long lists of all the things you need to buy on Amazon, celebrities with the same birthday as you, or the beauty products that every influencer uses. Well, you can use a similar concept to create eye-catching Instagram Reels.

You can inspire, educate, or entertain your audience by giving them a list of information, tips, hacks, or just general insight into your industry. You can bust myths. You can list off your favorite tools. You can talk about your pet peeves. Again, you can create just about ANYTHING you want with this type of video content.

BONUS TIP: keep it really short and visually appealing in the Reel itself, then prompt your audience to read more in the caption. In the caption give a bit more information about the topic in your Reel, which keeps your audience engaged in your content!

NUMBER THREE: QUICK TIPS

Similar to the quote posts, you can quickly educate your audience with a tip or an action that you want them to take immediately. With this specific type of low lift Reels content you want to make sure that the tip you are giving isn’t too complex.

You want to provide value to your current audience (maybe explain a little more in the caption) while also drawing in new followers into your audience through the visual as you pop up in their Reels feed.

Keep these types of Reels short and simple… to save you time, and to help your post get more reach with new audience members! Oh, and this really helps you show off your expertise as an industry leader if you provide insight, a thought piece, or a really powerful tip!
