BUT… we bet you didn’t know that you can do these 5 things in Canva.
ONE - WRITE COPY WITH AI TECHNOLOGY
AI technology is currently taking over the internet. Whether you use ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.AI, or any other tool, writing with AI has so much potential for you as a business owner. While you shouldn’t solely rely on AI to write EVERYTHING, it is such a great tool to help you with some of the heavy lifting when it comes to writing for your business.
Create a Canva document and type a prompt into the magic writing tool. You can use this tool to help you find quotes, refine your Instagram captions, create witty copy for your sales page, and so much more!!
TWO - CREATE A QR CODE
No, you don’t need to go to some expensive website or download a sketchy app to create a QR code for your business. When creating printed visuals, assets, and materials, having a QR code for people to easily scan with their smartphones is a great way to drive traffic to a particular website. But creating a QR code doesn't have to be rocket science. You can create one all inside of Canva!
Create the design of your choice
Scroll down to the apps section on the left hand side
Search “QR CODE GENERATOR” and select the tool
Input the URL of the website you want to direct to
Hit “enter” and it will automatically be added into your design
THREE - CREATE A WHOLE WEBSITE
Yeah… you read that correctly. You can create an ENTIRE website all on Canva. While this isn’t the best strategy in the long run for SEO and search purposes, it is a great way to get up a quick website when you are in a pinch.
These websites are great for one-off sales pages to sell a product, perfect for a media kit or portfolios, and are optimized for mobile viewing like for your link in bio. The options are endless and you can even connect your custom domain!!

FOUR - GRAB A GIF
Creating memes for your business is such a fun way to increase engagement with your posts and resonate with your audience. And some of the most popular memes out there feature recognizable GIFs. But trying to find a GIF… that is a completely different story.
You might head to Google and find something you want to use, but you can’t because of copyright, file size, file quality, and so many other factors. Not to mention, you might struggle with actually uploading it into Canva.
BUT - Canva actually has a GIPHY integration where you can get the latest and greatest GIFs to include in your Canva designs. Again, just head to the apps tool, and search for “GIPHY.” Now you will be able to search for your fave celebs, characters, or aesthetic visuals for your designs.
FIVE - CREATE AND PRINT MERCH
No need to try and source a manufacturer, a designer, a graphic artist, and a professional printer to create merchandise that you need for your business. Surprise, surprise. You can get this all done inside of Canva.
